I was tagged by Dorene for this so I thought it might be a fun post to do.

8 Things I am Looking Forward To

  1. DISNEY WORLD! 2 more weeks. Specifically all the character dining and eating at the Castle. I am a total Disney freak!

  4. Go on vacation to other countries.
  5. Have big parties at the house with a band and booze.

4/13/09: Lauren's actual 2nd birthday

Today was Lauren's actual birthday. She got to have a party at Neicy's house with all her friends. Blowing out the candles. Then Mommy took her to Build a Bear (thanks to a gift card from Ellis). She had so much fun making her Red Sox pink Cinderella bear.
Here she is giving the bear a bath after being stuffed.
Now it is time to dress the bear in a Cinderella dress that she picked.
Lauren's pretty bear named Princess Cindy.
Then we went to the Rainforest Cafe for dinner. What a fun birthday.

Wow what a busy weekend. Lauren's birthday party and Easter. We had a great Easter though. 2 Easter egg hunts, baskets from the Easter Bunny, an Easter Egg pinata, and yummy food. Here are Evan and Lauren in their Easter fancy clothes looking cute. We have many other Easter pictures here.

Lauren had her Dora Birthday Fiesta Party today. Everyone had a great time. We had a Kindermusik program, did Dora crafts, a Dora game and ate lots of yummy food and cakes Mommy made. Mommy made CDs of all of Lauren's favorite songs and gave those out as favors. What a great time!
Here are a couple of favorite pictures that are also included in the slideshow below.
She loved when everyone sang Happy Birthday to her.

4/8/09: Swim Class Peek Week

It was peek week this week at swim so I was able to get up close and see how Evan is doing. I was amazed at how well he is swimming. He is down to one bubble and even swam the short length of the pool with no bubble!!!
Here he is with his class ready to jump in.
Go Evan!
Swimming back to the wall on his own after his big jump.
