We love going to the Franklin Park Zoo and now we have one more reason to go, Dinosaurs are coming to Franklin Park Zoo! Zoorassic Park, a thrilling, seasonal exhibit, opens May 26th. Zoorassic Park is an animatronic dinosaur display that will transport visitors back to prehistoric times.
Plus in late June or early July a new 10,000-square-foot state-of-the-are playground will be opening. It will include a Panamanian golden frog inspired spring rocker, a tube slide that replicates the look of a giraffe and a climbing structure with the colors of a peacock. This is all made possible by the Play 2 Dream Foundation

As visitors are immersed in a prehistoric journey through time at Franklin Park Zoo’s Zoorassic Park, they will be enthralled by the vast array of fascinating dinosaurs awaiting them. Kids will also have fun pretending they are paleontologists at the nearby Dino Dig where they can “dig” for recreations of fossils and bones. This is a unique experience not to be missed!

EVENTS: For a one-of-a-kind event, book a Dino-riffic Dinosaur Birthday package or a corporate party in the Dino Den, a private rental space located within Zoorassic Park. Dino Den is available for rental May through August 2012.
