7/8/15: The Beacon Resort in Lincoln NH

While in the White Mountains New Hampshire we were visiting many attractions.  We started in North Conway but then wanted to go to more family fun in and around Lincoln, NH.  Thanks to the Lincoln-Woodstock Chamber of Commerce they arranged for us to be hosted at the The Beacon Resort in Lincoln, NH.  The location is convenient to attractions such as Clark's Trading Post, The Flume Gorge, Whale's Tale Water Park, Polar Caves Park, Hobo Railway, and more.  We had arranged to go to Clark's Trading Post and Polar Caves Park so this was a perfect location to stay at.
The Beacon Resort is comfortable and has some great amenities including free Wi-Fi, indoor and outdoor pool, and free extended continental breakfast.
The kids enjoyed our room and slept comfortably in their bed.
This was our view from our room.
They just went through a large renovation of rooms and continue to work on the property.  During our visit we saw many people working on different areas.  Our room had already been renovated.  Here you can see the beds.  The room was very clean and comfortable.  We had a door that went to the outdoor pool and another door to the back where we parked our car.  It was very convenient to park and bring our luggage in.
Here you can see the TV area.  We had a fridge in our room which made it easy to store our drinks.  We also had a microwave.
Here you can see the bathroom.  There was no toilet paper roll holder which was a little strange but other than that it was very clean with a blow dryer.
Here is another view of the outdoor pool.  I took this picture on our way to the indoor pool.  It was just a short walk outside to get to the indoor pool.
Here you can see there was also a small playground and a beautiful view of the mountains.
The kids couldn't wait to head to the pool so we headed there first.
Here are the kids taking a dip.
This is where you walk through to get to the pool.  It is the same way you walk to get to breakfast.
Here is a view from when we walked in to the indoor pool area.
There is also a very large whirlpool.  It was a great place to relax.
We never went in the outdoor pool but here are the kids checking it out.
Breakfast is complimentary each morning.  It consisted of bagels, English muffins, toast, eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, muffins, juice and coffee.
When you enter you show your room key.  The kids like the waffles the best.  There was a waffle maker for you to make them yourself.
Here Lauren is trying out the playground.
All in all it is a very nice comfortable place to stay with great access to family attractions.  I would recommend staying there if you are going to be in the area.
