12/23/08: Daycare Christmas Party

12/20/08: Let it snow!

Thanks to a snow storm yesterday we will have a white Christmas. Here are the kids enjoying it. Evan had fun making snow angels.

During the storm we made Frostys out of cotton balls. The kids had fun creating their favorite Christmas show character.

Lauren loves Frosty. She has us watch it daily and loves to says Frosty the Man.

12/16/08: Evan's Christmas Party at School

Today was Evan's Christmas Party at school. Mommy got to volunteer again. We had so much fun. The kids even got a visit from Santa who delivered gifts to them! And here with Santa getting his gift.

12/14/08: Santa's Party...wait Chuck E Cheese????

Today we headed to Charmingfare Farm in Candia, NH for a Party with Santa. We got an unpleasant surprise when we arrived finding out that the party was cancelled due to the power being out because of an ice storm. Evan was a little bummed as we had talked about the party for a while and he was looking forward to it. We were going with our friends and all the kids were disappointed with the news so we decided then to take them to Chuck E Cheese. So this is where we ended up, no Santa, but we will go back next weekend to the party.

12/13/08: The Polar Express - Reading

Today we went on the Polar Express train ride out of Reading. The kids had fun listening to the story, seeing the characters and Santa and drinking milk and eating cookies.

12/7/08: Breakfast with Santa

Today was breakfast with Santa which is always a fun event for the kids (and Mommy too, not sure about how much Daddy loves it). As you may remember Lauren still won't sit with Santa. She responded the same as she did at Edaville, and the Mall. That is ok, next weekend we go on the Polar Express and go to a Party with Santa at a farm in NH. We will see. I don't understand how she lets Minnie Mouse hold her and loves all the characters, but a guy in a red suit freaks her out???
