Last week I was able to attend Passengers by The 7 Fingers at the Emerson Cutler Majestic Theatre. My two words for this show are Visually Stunning! What an amazing show and talented performers.
What struck me about this show is that the whole show is just 8 performers. There are no breaks for them, just amazing artistry. There were so many types of performances, all the while telling a story.
There was beautiful dancing and amazing artistry on the trapeze.

A super fun scene with some juggling that involved multiple people while on the train.
Amazing work on the silks.
I particularly enjoyed the performance on the pole. Such trust in his body and literally jumping on and off the pole.

Such height on every toss. There was beautiful music and at points the performers did setup for the next act or lighting a performer. They are truly hard-working performers!
Directed by The 7 Fingers founder and award-winning Cirque du
Soleil choreographer Shana Carroll, Passengers runs at ArtsEmerson for three weeks of
performances, September 25 – October 13, 2019, at the Emerson Cutler Majestic Theatre. Tickets for Passengers start at just $25 and may be purchased online at
www.ArtsEmerson.org, by phone at 617.824.8400, or in person at the box office.
Passengers premiered in Montreal on November 2018 and since then has traveled to Russia,
Chili, France, Scotland and Germany; the Boston engagement kicks off the U.S. tour. Le Devoir
(Canada) raves that Passengers “Marries imagery, music and acrobatic performances in an
evocative and inspiring whirlwind.”
I can assure you that you will love it!
Disclosure: I was provided with two tickets to attend Passengers and 4 tickets for giveaway for promotional purposes. No other compensation was received and all opinions are my own.
