Discount Code for the Harlem Globetrotters

We recently went to the Harlem Globetrotters at the DCU Center in Worcester and had such a fun time.
This time we didn't have the Magic Pass but in the past I have, you can read about that here!
You can also get autographs and meet players after the game for free however this is also timed and it is not organized in to lines.  You basically have to wait at each player going around the court.
The game is so much fun and so entertaining for the kids.
The tricks and the shots they do are amazing with some silliness in between.

If you have never been to a Harlem Globetrotters game you should definitely go to one.

3/3/17: Harlem Globetrotters Magic Pass and Game

We recently were fortunate enough to go to the Harlem Globetrotters and had a chance to experience the Magic Pass!  What a blast!
The Magic Pass is an opportunity to meet players, learn tricks and shoot before the game.  The experience is a half hour and is an hour and a half before the game.  The Magic Pass is $22 per person and I believe it is well worth it.  They also limit how many Magic Passes they sell.
We got to the Tsongas about a half hour before the Magic Pass started.  You give your tickets for both the Magic Pass and Game and then get to enter the court.
Once the Magic Pass starts there are lanes for each player.  Some you go up and meet a player and they will give you an autograph.
With other players you can learn a trick.  In my video you can see Evan spinning the ball on his finger.  Here he is with Moose.
Here is Moose giving him an autograph.
They met Cager too.  This was not the same person that was in the game.  The real Cager was super tall.  I believe he was over 7 feet!
Here you can see Cager in the game.  It was so funny watching him shoot as he could literally just put the ball right in to the net.
You could also shoot basketballs and pose in this funny sign.
Plus even see what the Harlem Globetrotters uniforms look like on.
We were able to get to all 6 players in the 30 minutes.  They did add 5 minutes at the end of the thirty.  I am not sure if that is a normal occurrence or just because they still had lines for players.  We met 6 out of the 9 players from the team.
You can also get autographs and meet players after the game for free however this is also timed and it is not organized in to lines.  You basically have to wait at each player going around the court.  Here you can see some video of the Magic Pass and the Game.

The game is so much fun and so entertaining for the kids.  Here you can see Bull standing on the net.
The tricks and the shots they do are amazing with some silliness in between.
Here is Fire Fly in the stands near us.
If you have never been to a Harlem Globetrotters game you should definitely go to one.

3/21/16: Harlem Globetrotters 90th Anniversary Tour Game

Last weekend we got to see the Harlem Globetrotters at the Tsongas Center at UMass Lowell.  The game is so much fun for the whole family and we have a blast every time we go.
The great thing about their games is that they are so entertaining.  There is so much going on to keep kids interested and having a great time.  It is so fun watching them do trick shots and being silly.
I love when they start out with Sweet Georgia Brown doing tricks.
One of my favorite players is Chris Handles.  He always does his little dance with two thumbs up.  Here he is telling the Ref that not everyone knows it is two shots when there is a foul.  He said this little baby doesn't know it is two shots.  He just happened to be in the same row as us.
The whole family enjoyed the game and rooting for the Globetrotters.

Always such a fun time with trick shots, replays, slow motion and more.
Plus after the game you can get all the players autographs.  That is the highlight for my son.  This is available to all ticket holders.

We give the game a two thumbs up and you will too!
You can see the full schedule here.

3/29/15: Harlem Globetrotters Fun at the TD Garden Boston

Last night we went to see the Harlem Globetrotters at the TD Garden in Boston.  We always have an awesome time going to the game as it is a family friendly way to watch a basketball game.  Impressive tricks, fun basketball game, and meeting the players makes for a great night.
I love that they start out the show every time with tricks to Sweet Georgia Brown.
This game was the Harlem Globetrotters 2015 “Washington Generals’ Revenge” Tour.  The Washington Generals beat the Harlem Globetrotters in 1971 and they wanted to win this one.  It had been five years since the Globetrotters and Generals had faced off, as the Generals have been searching far and wide for the best players to retool their roster and have been preparing for one thing: victory over the Globetrotters.
The kids love seeing all the tricks they do.  Here you can see one of the players up on the hoop.
Here they are being silly again.
 Globie!
The team acknowledged a member of the military in Boston.  Fans can nominate a Harlem Globetrotters Hometown Hero at harlemglobetrotters.com.  They also played a portion of each game with a camouflage basketball as a sign of respect to all who protect our freedom.  They won the game against the Generals.
After the game is the most fun for the kids.  All the players stay on the court and give autographs and take pictures.  Here is one of the women on the Globetrotters, Sweet J Ekworomadu.
One of my favorite pictures with one of my favorite players, Chris Handles giving his thumbs up! #thumbnation

Here are the kids giving the handles thumbs up during the game.
Evan getting his basketball signed by the Emcee for the game.

Evan got all the players autographs.
Here is Big Easy Lofton.

Here is Ice Man.
Evan was so fast getting autographs it was hard to get a picture.  He loves getting autographs from all the players and was very happy he got them all.
I highly suggest getting tickets when they come to your town.  You can see the full schedule here.
