CONTEST CLOSED: CONGRATULATIONS TO JULIE R
My son loves LEGOs and specifically LEGO City.  He has built a Police Station, Airport and more.  I am excited to announce that LEGOLAND Discovery Center Boston at Assembly Square, Somerville will be opening a brand new LEGO® City Builder area in time to celebrate Massachusetts School Vacation Week, February 18-26.  Plus as one of my lucky readers I am giving you a chance to win 4 tickets to LEGOLAND Discovery Center Boston!  Read on to learn more!

This is a great place to visit!  You can read more here to see what is inside.
More information about the new LEGO City Builder Area:
LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Boston officials announced today that they will open the brand new LEGO® City Builder area.  LEGO® City Builder is an interactive city that visitors can add their own elements and designs right into the display.  LEGO® City Builder will include skyscrapers, police and fire stations, cafes, suburban streets, beaches, a LEGO® Friends section and more.
The new LEGO® City Builder will replace the LEGO® Space Mission build area that closed on January 3rd.  “We are very excited to open LEGO® City Builder to coincide with school vacation week,” said David Gilmore, General Manager, LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Boston.  “We know kids enjoy building city scenes with LEGO® bricks at home and now they’ll have a giant city at their fingertips to add to and show their creativity.”  The week-long celebration of the new space will include photo opp. stations featuring LEGO® Friends and LEGO® City Builder cut-outs, build challenges and an enter to win contest for LEGO® City prizes. LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Boston will have special vacation week hours Feb 18-Feb 26, Sunday-Thursday, 9 am- 7 pm, Friday and Saturday, 9 am- 8 pm.  Advance tickets are suggested to guarantee admission and can be purchased online at www.legolanddiscoverycenter.com/boston.
Our favorite part is Miniland.  It was absolutely amazing!  Here you can see the Zakim Bridge behind them and the TD Garden.
Pictures don't do it justice but it is absolutely amazing!  So much of Boston is built.
Enter below to win 4 tickets ! The winner will receive a Family 4 pack of tickets to LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Boston, including two single-entry children tickets valid for ages 3 to 12 years old and two single-entry adult tickets valid for ages 12 years and older.
Tickets are valid on all dates except February 18th-26th and expire one year from date issued.
Disclosure:  I was invited to a media preview event to explore the new LEGO City Build Area at LEGOLAND Discovery Center with my kids.  I was also given the 4 tickets for giveaway.  No other compensation was received and all opinions are my own.

My 3 boys (14, 11 and 9) were raised on legos! Every year that is the one constant that always appears at Christmas and birthdays. I'm always amazed at how they were able to follow such detailed directions even at such young ages to perfectly build the model then later decide to redo it to their own specifications. Lego has been a tremendous instrument in opening up imaginations and fostering creativity! Randi
