5/3/15: Gate K The New Red Sox Kid's Concourse #CallingAllKids to Fenway Park

I have been going to Fenway Park for Red Sox games for a long time but I do admit it is different with kids.  The Red Sox have added a Kids Concourse and we got to check it out the other night at the game.

It was the perfect night for a game.  It is about time we are getting some nicer weather in Boston.

Evan was very excited to see the game.

This new Gate "K" for Kids is your entry right in to the Kids Concourse.

Gate K is right at the Gate B entrance.

Here is Wally welcoming you to the Kids Concourse right behind the Right Field Grandstand.
There is lots of cool stuff there including this awesome Mickey Mouse all blinged out with Red Sox.  We are Disney fanatics so I was excited to see a Red Sox Mickey!
There is also this large Wally Bobble Head.  So cool!
Evan sitting in a cool historic bullpen cart used in the 60's and 70's.
There are also some kiosks that you can take pictures at and email them to yourself.  Be sure to use the #CallingAllKids Hashtag on Social Media.
Make sure to also sign your kids up for redsox.com/kidnation.
A huge highlight for kids now is Wally's Clubhouse which is open from the 3rd Inning until the 7th Inning.  This is Free!  Yes I said Free.  No extra hidden charges for this fun play space for kids.
Wally's Clubhouse is a great place to cool off and take a break from the game and let the kids play some games.
There you are Wally!  Oh wait, that is balloon animal Wally.
Here is the real Wally!  Tip:  Get there on the earlier side to have a cool meet and greet with Wally himself as he is only there in the 3rd Inning.
There are crafts in there.
There are also some video games, face painting, balloon animals, Legos, and a TV to keep an eye on the game.  There is even a toddler play area.
Here you can see one of the video games.

I found the prices were not too bad for kids.  There was a lot of options including Mac and Cheese Bites, Corn Dogs, Chicken Tenders, Pizza and more.  Of course there is always the best option of a Fenway Frank.  They had them in three different sizes including a kids size.
We had an awesome time at the game.
Evan can't wait to head to his next game!

As a part of the #RedSoxParents I look forward to sharing more cool ways the Red Sox are welcoming families to Fenway Park and hosting other cool events.
Go Sox!
