7/2/16: Red Jacket Beach Resort Cape Cod

Our family loves to travel and explore new places.  We love to travel within New England and explore our own backyard.  This past week we were able to stay at the Red Jacket Beach Resort in South Yarmouth in Cape Cod, MA and it was absolutely amazing!
There are so many benefits to this wonderful resort, here are my Top 10.
10.  It is right on the Beach!
No paying for a parking permit for the beach and you don't have to get up early to get a spot!  You literally just have to walk down a handful of stairs and your toes are in the sand.
9.  When you have a family getting to the beach can be a real chore.  Staying at this resort allows you to not worry about bringing a beach chair, towels, and umbrella!
Evan had fun exploring sea life.
I could look at these views all day long.
Even better at sunset.
8.  Would you rather a pool?  There is a beautiful pool outside including a zero entry pool for the little ones.
The kids loved it in the outdoor pool.
7.  Would you rather an indoor pool?  There is a very large indoor pool and hot tub inside.
The temperature of the pool is perfect not being too warm or too cool.
This worked out great for us on the first day as it was too early to check in so I took the kids to the indoor pool.  It is conveniently located right next to the office and also has a changing room with shower.  They even have "dive-in" movies here some nights.
Here is a brief virtual tour outside.
6.  Tons of room choices.
We had a River View Family Suite which was wonderful.
Not only did it have one room with two queen beds but it also had a separate room for the kids with bunk beds.
The room had a lovely view with a deck that had four chairs on it to sit out and relax.
They also have vacation homes.  The whole list of options is here.
The kids loved being out on the deck.
Here is a view at night from our room.
5.  Tons of activities for the family.
There was caricatures, live music, sports, kite flying and lots more to do.
Plus we even got to have S'mores at night by the fire!
4.  Access to all of the Red Jacket Cape Cod Resorts amenities.
This includes the Riviera Beach Resort which is also right on the beach.
The Blue Water Resort which is right next to the Riviera Beach and right on the beach.
The Blue Rock Resort which is right on a private golf course rated top place to play by Golf Digest.
It also has a lovely pool.
And last but not least the Green Harbor Resort that is tucked away and located right on the ocean.
This hidden gem has lots of accommodation options with rental homes that sleep up to 10 people.
This was the view from one of the rental homes.  There is a lovely little mini golf course here too.
Absolutely beautiful!
3.  A Kid's Club which is complimentary and has activities from 9:30-1:00 pm.
2.  An on-site restaurant.
We got to go for breakfast and really enjoyed the buffet.
1.  An awesome resort with friendly staff!
When we arrived we were struggling with our bags as I was with the kids alone as my husband arrived later after work.  A friendly staff member stopped in his tracks and helped us find our room and carried our bags for us.  This was so huge making the start of our stay so much easier.
Find them online:  http://www.redjacketresorts.com/.  I highly suggest you book direct with Red Jacket Resorts as you get to speak to someone who is knowledgeable in all of the resorts and amenities.  Plus they have a best price guarantee.

It may be goodbye for now, but we can't wait to return some day!
Disclosure:  I was provided with a three night stay in a Family Suite at the Red Jacket Beach Resort for review purposes.  No other compensation was received and all opinions are my own.
