7/21/12: Happy 12th Wedding Anniversary to John and I!

Hard to believe John and I were married 12 years ago as of July 22nd!  We have now been together a total of 17 1/2 years thanks to meeting at WPI.  Time really has flown.
Here is a picture of the night we started dating.
And then again in Boston on the year we were getting married.
Beautiful Gazebo pictures.
Now two kids later and lots of changes it is hard to believe this was so long ago.  Funny enough John is still working at Pegasystems where he was when we got married, and I am still at PTC.
The Danversport Yacht Club was so beautiful for our reception.  Plus they have a Swan that comes there that they named Gilda!  Weird, huh.  They even have a Gilda the Swan dessert that we had at our reception.
In the Gazebo.
Love these pictures.
This was a Panorama page in our album.

4/29/12: St. Margaret's Acceptance Ceremony

Here is Evan at Church today.  St. Margaret's did an acceptance ceremony for all 1st graders in religious education.
They each got called up and received a necklace.
Here is Evan showing me his necklace.
Here he is with his friend Tanya.  They take religious education with John and Tanya's dad Nick who is Evan's Godfather.
Here are the proud teachers/Dads with their students.
Then we went out to dinner with Nana, Papa, Nonna, and Nonno to celebrate.

12/4/11: Gillette Stadium Tour for the Pegasystems Christmas Party

Last night we were lucky enough to have John's Holiday Party at Gillette Stadium.  We also got to go on a tour before the party.  What a cool experience.  Here we are right at the field.
A beautiful view from the Club Box.
It doesn't look like much, but this is the Visitor team's locker room.  We couldn't go in to the Patriot's locker room.  It was the night before a game so they explained to us how all the players are taken to a hotel in the area the night before the game and have a curfew.  This is an NFL rule.  Each time they go to a different hotel.  One of the guys doing our tour used to be there as security so that no one came to their rooms.
This is the hallway where the locker rooms are.  To think Tom Brady and the team walk down this.  So cool!
The Patriot's locker room is where that exit sign is.  They go to the right after leaving there to go to the ramp for the game.
This is the ramp they go down for the game.  The tour guide also explained that their ramp has a bathroom for them if they need during the game.  The visitor side doesn't have this.  Home field advantage.
 Just beautiful.
We were there when the High School Super Bowls were going on so we got to see them take the field.
 View from the Club box.
 End zone.
This is where we had our reception.  What a nice night!  A big thank you to Pegasystems!

6/18/11: Last Day of Soccer for the Green Goblins

It was the last game of the season for the Green Goblins.  This is the last time there will be a Green Goblins as the kids will be split in to all boys and all girls next year.  This is probably also the last season for John coaching.  So it was a historic day for the Goblins after John coaching for 3 seasons.  Take a look back through posts here.

1/25/11: WPI Alumni go to the Celtics Game

Wow, 2011 has been a quiet year for me posting. Mostly due to all the snow days and craziness. So far we have had 4 snow days from school and a 2 hour delay. Needless to say the kids may be going to school till July.
As a surprise for Christmas I bought John tickets to a Celtics game through the WPI Alumni group. We barely ever get out without the kids. Last night was the game. We got to sit in the Promenade which was cool and had dinner there. It was a lot of fun. Here is our view of the game.

The game which we won.
A friend of mine who lived on my floor freshman year at WPI and was in my sorority was there, so it was fun catching up.
