7/28/17: New England Revolution and Santander Bank Soccer Scholars Program

Evan loves soccer!  He loves watching it and playing it.  We were so lucky to have an awesome experience at Gillette Stadium to watch the New England Revolution game complete with VIP Field Passes and a seat in the Santander Bank Suite.  Best of all for the fourth year Santander Bank is running the Soccer Scholars Program with the New England Revolution where you can win $500 for school plus the chance to have a VIP Match Day Experience!  Read on to learn more!

We were very lucky to go down to the field to watch the players practicing.  These were VIP Field passes that you can win by entering the Soccer Scholars program.

 It is so much fun being up close when they warm up.

We even got a family photo.

 Evan has been playing goalie a bit lately so he enjoyed watching some of the goalie's moves.

We then headed up to the Santander Bank Suite which was lovely.  Check out this beautiful view of the game.

 We were treated to pizza and snacks.  The kids loved it.

For the fourth consecutive year, Santander Bank has joined forces with the New England Revolution to host the Soccer Scholars program, which gives New England students, ages 6-17, the chance to win an unforgettable VIP experience at a Revs home match and highlights the importance of academics and sports in shaping lives. 

Now through October 5th, 2017, adults can nominate a deserving student via an online entry form at: www.revolutionsoccer.net/santander-soccer-scholars

With every submission comes a chance to win! Thirty-five winners will receive a VIP match day experience, including four tickets to a designated New England Revolution home match, an on-field photo opportunity with a Revs player, and the opportunity to stand on the sidelines and cheer on the team as they take the field. 

One grand prize winner will receive a visit to the student’s school from Revolution star players, including a soccer clinic for the winner and their classmates, as well as $500 towards his or her education, in addition to the VIP match day experience.

Evan has been playing soccer since he was three and absolutely loves it.  In fact this year his team was one of the top two in his division for travel soccer and they got to play in the Middlesex Commissioner's Cup!  He loves to play it and loves to watch it.  We were treated to a wonderful experience at Gillette Stadium to watch the New England Revolution game complete with VIP Field Passes and a seat in the Santander Bank Suite.  Best of  all there is a Soccer Scholars Program run by Satander Bank and the New England Revolution where you can win $500 for school plus the chance to have a VIP Match Day Experience!  Read on to learn more!

We started our night with an awesome time on the field watching the players practice.  Evan had been looking forward to this since he heard we were going to the game again.

I also was able to learn more about the Soccer Scholars program which is now in its third year.  This year has improved though with the addition of awards of $500 toward your child's educational future!  Santander Bank and the New England Revolution partnered up to  have the Soccer Scholars program to inspire students, ages six through 17, and highlight the importance of academics and sports in shaping lives.  

From now through October 13, 2016, parents are invited to submit 150 words or less highlighting their child’s finest academic achievements from the 2015-2016 school year using the sweepstakes nomination page:  santanderbank.com/soccerscholars

During each Revolution regular season home match between now and October 23, lucky entrants will be selected to have their nominated student receive $500 toward his or her educational future, plus the opportunity to participate in a VIP Match Day Experience.  The VIP Match Day Experience includes four tickets to a designated Revolution home match, a pre-match photo opportunity with Revolution forward Charlie Davies, and the chance to stand on the field and cheer on the Revolution as they take the field.  

One grand prize winner will also receive the opportunity for Charlie Davies to visit their nominated student’s school!  Nominators could also be one of 126 daily prize winners. Every day throughout the promotion, Santander is giving away two tickets valid for a 2016 regular season New England Revolution home match and a Santander New England Revolution drawstring bag.
