Do you love King Richard's Faire in Carver, MA? I am giving two lucky readers a four pack of tickets to the Faire on and day during opening weekend August 31st-September 2nd.  What a fun way to escape reality and see things you don't usually see  everyday. The Faire runs weekends and Monday holidays from August 31st to October 20th so make sure to visit them.
I always make sure to check out the Entertainment Schedule in advance so I can plan out our day. All of the shows are about 30 minutes long. Last year we went to the Great Cats of the World Show.

There is an extra fee for these rides.
 And if the kids are bad there is a solution for that too. 
 Plus there is great shopping with many unique vendors!
There is also lotf os yummy food with many options for all including Turkey legs, cheeseburgers, chicken fingers, fish and chips and more.

King Richard’s Faire has exciting rides, games in an 80-acre wooded site in Carver ,MA! There are great shows on eight stages, tigers and even fire eaters! You’ll be dazzled by acrobats, aerialists, and jugglers! This year, King Richard’s Faire welcomes a benevolent and beautiful Queen Anne as well as new princess to the royal family.

For the first four weekends only, Snorkle the Wonder Pig will make guests laugh and smile with his stunts.

I know we are still enjoying summer, but it is almost time again to escape reality at King Richard's Faire in Carver, MA!  I am giving away four tickets for my lucky subjects.  The Faire runs weekends and Monday holidays from September 2nd to October 22nd.  The winning tickets have a few blackout dates - please read them carefully.  This is the faire's 36th season!  Enter below!

Enjoy daring knights jousting on horseback, exciting rides and games of skill, an original musical, and hundreds of talented entertainers on eight stages. Dancers, singers, acrobats, exotic animals, wacky wenches, happy villagers, and the King’s royal court greet you as you enter the gates ​.​ 
When as famished as a mud beggar, guests will enjoy the Faire's delicious spit-roasted turkey legs, buttery ears of corn, boules filled with chowder and stew, ringlets of fries, and quench their thirst with champagne, wine and brew. 
Shoppers can stroll through the 16th century village filled with the wares of more than 100 unique and talented artisans from near and far. At every turn, guests will encounter fantasy and wonder through minstrels, musicians, acrobats, stilt walkers, giant puppets, wenches, and more.

Carvershire has been bustling with excitement as King Richard welcomes new entertainers to the enchanting village in 2017, including: Rick, Jan and Snorkel the Trained Stunt Pig Show - new for this year featuring juggling, stunts and piggy humor.  First four weekends only Klass Klown brings fire juggling, ball balancing and high flying pogo stick stunts.  The Vodca Family musical dance and drumming show.  Gibbon the Troubadour and Hannah Rose on the fiddle.

The Lord Sheriff Glenn Fieldenstream is back after a three year hiatus, ready to write tickets and summons laughter in “court” And a new puppet: Jasper, King of the Rag Dolls! Don’t miss beloved returning entertainers Draiku, a beautiful aerialist duo back for their third year; Great Cats of the World exotic cat show; Ses Carny’s The Torture Show; Daniel - Duke of Danger; the Washing Well Wenches; Jacques Ze Whipper; Bawdy Mud Beggars; and of course our brave and handsome knights jousting on horseback.
  Every day on the King’s Stage at 1:00pm and 3:30pm, talented cast members perform an original musical.

Huzzah!  It is almost time again for King Richard's Faire in Carver, MA!  I am giving away four tickets for my lucky subjects for open dates weekends September 3rd to October 23rd excluding October 2nd, 9th, and 16th.  This is the Faire's 35th year!  Enter below!

You will find lots of fun and merriment in the enchanted forest of Carvenshire.  There are several new acts including: Luminous Fire and Flow, a beautiful fire, acrobatic and hoop act; Trash and Treasure, a fabulous new show for the entire family which offers wonderful audience participation; Hopeless Romantics, a terrific and funny one-man show; the talented Royalty Sings and Dances show with new royalty visiting our enchanted village; and the young princesses will rush to see our enchanting new mermaid as she arrives from the oceans surrounding Carvershire. 
Many of his majesty’s favorites will be returning including: the bawdy Washing Well Wenches; talented high wire juggling antics from Squire of the Wire; magic and mayhem from The Wonder Show; high powered music from the Celtic group The American Rogues; beautiful aerial moves from Draiku; dangerous stunts from The Torture Show is an amazing acrobatic stunts and juggling from Daniel Duke of Danger; exotic animals from the Great Cats of the World show; life size puppets roam the village; watch out for flying mud and hilarious antics by the Sturdy Beggars™ Mud Show; daring sword play from the Mis-Adventurers; sweet sounding minstrels will roam Carvershire as will the magical fairies we call our Mystikals; and finally, the King’s brave knights will joust three times per day, with each joust more exciting than the next!

King Richard’s Faire has lots of fun entertainment running on 8 stages plus roaming entertainers and a live joust!  Here is the King and Queen in the Royal Parade.
Carvershire has been bustling with excitement as King Richard and Queen Anne welcome new entertainers and talented artisans to our enchanting village including: New entertainers abound in 2015: Draiku, a beautiful aerialist duo Topsy Turvey, two beautiful acrobatic stunt mavens Squire of the Wire, a comedy and juggling high wire act Great Cats of the World, our new exotic cat show Arethusa/The American Rogues musicians MisAdventurers with swashbuckling hilarity, and a new Princess Sing-Along with our favorite trio of princesses! AND our original and hilarious musical, complete with a corsage: "Promises, Prom-Misses" taking place at 1:00 and 3:30 p.m. on the King's Stage.  The kids and I particularly like the Jousting.
